Beverly Hills is not one market. The Flats, Trousdale, the streets above Sunset, and the condo buildings along Wilshire behave differently enough that a figure quoted for the city as a whole tells a buyer almost nothing useful.

This is the template for all eight neighborhood pages. Each one should run four to six paragraphs and cover the same ground: what the sub-markets actually are, what the housing stock looks like, who is buying, what the current numbers say, and what Donya has personally sold there. Written honestly, at that length, these are the pages that will rank — and the pages that make someone call.

Generic copy will not work here. Every competitor has a page that says Beverly Hills is prestigious. Almost none of them can tell you which streets flood in a heavy winter, which blocks have short lots, or which buildings have had assessment trouble. That is the difference between a page and an asset.

Four decades of watching the same blocks turn over.

Close each page with a direct invitation and a form. A visitor who has read six paragraphs about one neighborhood is the most qualified lead the site will ever produce.
